Heavy Equipment Sales Representative

PT. Badak Prima Lestari, a growing company engaged in the heavy equipment distribution and after-sales service sector, is currently seeking experienced and target-oriented professionals to join our expanding team as:

HEAVY EQUIPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Male/Female
  • Minimum education: High School Graduate (preferably Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in selling heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.)
  • Able to present a solid sales track record (achievement reports, portfolio, target vs actual sales)
  • Strong network in industries such as construction, mining, plantation, or forestry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and willing to travel across regions if needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell heavy equipment to both existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and formulate sales strategies
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to Sales Manager

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Proof of previous employment (Reference/Experience Letters)
  • Sales achievement evidence (if available)
  • Recent passport-sized photo
